The MS108UP is the first NETGEAR unmanaged multi-gig PoE++ switch, giving AV installers high power and multi-speed connectivity without any setup. Each of the eight 2.5GBASE-T copper ports auto-negotiates 100M/1G/2.5G over existing Cat5e cabling, so multi-gig WiFi 6 access points and 2.5G cameras connect instantly at the speed each device needs. Ports 1-4 supply Ultra60 PoE++ (802.3bt) up to 60W per port and ports 5-8 supply PoE+ (802.3at) up to 30W, all drawing from a 230W budget.

PoE Auto-Balance is the standout feature: instead of reserving power by detected PoE class, the switch delivers exactly what each connected device draws, which lets you power more devices from the available budget. The non-blocking 40Gbps fabric forwards traffic at wire speed, and the fanless design with a 0 dBA acoustic rating makes it suitable for a conference room credenza or AV equipment closet.
