The MS108TUP gives AV integrators full smart-switch control in a fanless desktop form factor. Each of the eight 2.5GBASE-T copper ports auto-negotiates 100M/1G/2.5G over existing Cat5e cabling, so multi-gig WiFi 6 access points and 2.5G cameras connect without recabling. Ports 1-4 deliver Ultra60 PoE++ (802.3bt) up to 60W per port and ports 5-8 deliver PoE+ (802.3at) up to 30W, all within a 230W budget. Uninterrupted PoE keeps powered devices online through firmware upgrades and soft reboots, and PoE self-healing reboots a connected device automatically if it stops responding.

Beyond power, the MS108TUP adds Layer 2+/Lite L3 management: VLANs, L2/L3/L4 ACLs with 802.1x port authentication, IGMP snooping and querier, IPv6 QoS and ACLs, and SNMP v1/v2c/v3 with RMON monitoring. The non-blocking 40Gbps fabric forwards traffic at wire speed, and a Lite CLI plus the web GUI cover local configuration.
