Neat Pulse Pro is Neat's full-service offering for organizations that want centralized control, premium support, and hardware protection together rather than a standalone warranty. Control provides cloud-based management and monitoring of Neat devices, including configuration, updates, and room insights. Care delivers premium direct access to technical support levels 1–3 worldwide with priority queuing and response times, advanced troubleshooting, and Zoom/Microsoft case escalations. Cover extends the hardware warranty for the duration of the plan and adds Advanced Hardware Replacement with next-day or priority shipment in supported countries.
