The Middle Atlantic WRK-RR44 is an additional 44-space rack rail kit for WRK Series enclosures, sold as a pair. The heavy-gauge steel rails carry 10-32 threaded mounting holes and a protective e-coat finish. Adding a second pair of rails creates a rear mounting plane for four-point shelves, deep equipment, and rear-mounted accessories in full-height WRK racks.
Product Description
WRK Series racks ship with front rack rail; many commercial AV installations need more. The WRK-RR44 rail kit adds a full 44 rackspaces of additional mounting capacity, most commonly installed at the rear of the enclosure to support four-point mounting of heavy shelves and deep components. The rails are heavy-gauge steel, sized and punched to the EIA rackspace standard, so equipment positions align exactly with the existing front rails. Mounting holes are tapped 10-32, the standard thread used across Middle Atlantic rack systems, which keeps hardware consistent throughout the build and avoids mixing fastener types in the field. A protective e-coating resists corrosion over the service life of the rack, an advantage in equipment rooms and other environments where enclosures stay in place for years. Because the kit is sold as a pair, one part number outfits a complete rear mounting plane in a 44-space WRK enclosure.
