The Middle Atlantic VWM-6BR-BP is a 6-inch wide brush grommet kit for the back panel of VWM series wall-mount enclosures. The 6-inch wide by 2.25-inch deep brush grommet provides a flexible cable entry point through the back panel, allowing cables to pass through cleanly while the brush material maintains a dust barrier and creates a neat finished appearance around cable penetrations.
Product Description
The VWM-6BR-BP is designed specifically for the back panel of Middle Atlantic's VWM series wall-mount enclosures. In wall-mount AV installations, cables need to enter and exit the enclosure through the back panel where the enclosure meets the wall or raceway. A raw hole in the back panel allows cable passage but creates a gap that allows dust and pests to enter the enclosure and creates an unfinished appearance. The brush grommet solves both issues by providing a flexible bristle field that accommodates cable bundles of varying sizes while maintaining a relatively sealed opening. The 6-inch width and 2.25-inch depth are sized specifically for the VWM back panel cutout, providing a proper fit without modification.
