The Middle Atlantic VTP-2 is a 2-space vented panel with a horizontal slotted design and a black brushed anodized finish. The aluminum flanged panel provides 20% open area for rack airflow while presenting an attractive, finished appearance that complements RSH series rackshelves and other anodized rack accessories.
Product Description
Vent panels serve two purposes in rack installations: filling unused rack spaces to direct airflow through equipment, and providing a passive vent path in locations where airflow into or out of the rack is needed. The VTP-2 covers two rack spaces with a slotted aluminum panel that provides 20% open area. The horizontal slot pattern is more aesthetically refined than a simple perforated panel, giving the rack a professional appearance where the vent panels are visible. The black brushed anodized finish matches Middle Atlantic's RSH series anodized rackshelves and BL series aluminum blank panels, keeping the rack face visually consistent when a mix of equipment and blank/vent panels is installed. Flanged aluminum construction provides standard rack mounting flanges on each side. The VTP series is available in 1-space and 2-space versions.
