Product Description
The Middle Atlantic VT1 1U perforated vent panel installs in standard 10-32 threaded rack rails to provide passive ventilation between rack-mounted components. The 64% open area allows warm air to escape from heat-generating equipment and supports natural convection in enclosed rack enclosures. Flanged steel construction provides the structural rigidity needed to maintain a flat panel face and secure mounting without warping. The black powder coat finish is consistent with standard AV rack panel aesthetics. The VT1 is placed above or below heat-generating amplifiers, processing equipment, and other electronics to manage thermal zones within the rack without adding fan noise or additional wiring. Compatible with standard 19-inch EIA rack rail configurations.
