The Middle Atlantic VBK-BGR-SA is a magnetized vent blocker kit for BGR-SA series rack enclosures. It provides the most comprehensive vent coverage of any BGR vent blocker kit, blocking top vents, side panel vents, and rear door vents to prevent hot air recirculation when top-mounted exhaust fans are in operation.
Product Description
The VBK-BGR-SA is the complete vent blocker solution for BGR-SA series enclosures. BGR-SA racks are Middle Atlantic's BGR series enclosures with side access panels, and the SA suffix indicates the enclosure has additional side access vent openings that need to be addressed along with the standard top and rear vents. The VBK-BGR-SA kit covers all three vent zones: the upper front top vents, the side panel vents, and the rear door vents. By blocking all these openings when top-mounted fans are running, the kit ensures that the negative pressure created by the fans draws air from below the equipment rather than from any available opening. All pieces use magnetic attachment for quick tool-free installation and are pre-sized for BGR-SA enclosures.
