This is the standard switch version without LED status indicators; the companion USC-SWL adds LED status indication. The plate also works with MPR-SEQ, MPR-SEQ-1C, and PDS Series power sequencing products.

Product Description

Sequenced power-up and power-down protects audio and video systems by energizing amplifiers, sources, and processors in the correct order. The Middle Atlantic USC-SW remote switch wall plate puts that sequence control where operators need it, letting staff start or shut down an entire equipment rack from a wall switch instead of reaching the rack itself. Wiring to the sequencing controller is straightforward through the RJ-45 jack and terminal block connections. The USC-SW is compatible with the USC-6R Universal Sequencing Controller as well as MPR-SEQ, MPR-SEQ-1C, and PDS Series sequencing products, making it a flexible remote-control point across Middle Atlantic power systems. Unlike the USC-SWL, this model omits LED status indicators for installations that simply need a clean, unlit control switch. Note that Decora-mount switches in this family mount only to Middle Atlantic products with Decora-shaped openings, such as compatible panels and racks.
