The Middle Atlantic UNI-1 is a 1-space universal connector panel made from one-piece flanged steel with a black powder coat finish. Laser-cut knockouts accept a wide range of connectors including XLR and Neutrik, with an innovative dual-pattern design that allows both male and female connectors to mount in the same holes. A 2-5/8-inch strain relief shelf with cable tie points is included for cable management behind the panel.
Product Description
The UNI-1 is the 1-space version of Middle Atlantic's UNI series laser-cut connector panels. The panel's knockouts are designed with a dual pattern that accommodates both male and female XLR and Neutrik connectors in the same hole openings, eliminating the need for separate male and female panels when mixed gender configurations are required. The one-piece flanged steel construction provides a sturdy mounting base without requiring additional frame hardware. The included 2-5/8-inch strain relief shelf with tie points mounts behind the panel to support cables and prevent connector stress from cable weight. The black powder coat finish matches standard Middle Atlantic rack accessories. The UNI series is a cost-effective alternative to the modular UCP system for installations that need a fixed-format, multi-connector panel in a single rack space.
