The Middle Atlantic UCP-CH is a 2-space rackmount chassis for the UCP modular connector panel system. It holds five UCP modules in the front and five more in the rear, providing ten module positions in just two rack spaces. Each chassis ships fully assembled with four threaded FK bars, a pair of 9-inch deep ears, a top and bottom, and all necessary module mounting hardware. The top and bottom panels remove easily while leaving the frame intact.
Product Description
Custom input/output panels are a staple of professional AV racks, and the Middle Atlantic UCP modular frame system makes building them fast and repeatable. The UCP-CH chassis is the foundation of that system: a 2-space frame that accepts five UCP connector modules across the front and five across the rear. With ten module positions in a single chassis, integrators can consolidate audio, video, and data pass-through connections into one organized panel location. The unit arrives fully assembled, comprised of four threaded FK bars, a pair of ears 9 inches deep, a top, a bottom, and the module mounting hardware needed for installation. When cable access or service requires it, the top and bottom can be removed without disturbing the frame itself. The chassis pairs with the full range of UCP modules, including punched connector plates and UCPB1 blank modules, so panels can be configured exactly to the project and reconfigured later as needs change. For shops standardizing their rack I/O builds, the UCP-CH keeps panel fabrication off the bench and on schedule.
