The Middle Atlantic TOR-2-20SP is a 2-space tip-out rack with a 20-inch depth in a surface-mount configuration. The tip-out mechanism allows the rack tray to swing forward and downward for full access to rear-cabled equipment without disconnecting cables or removing the unit from its mounting surface.
Product Description
Installations where wall-mount or furniture-mount access is required benefit from the tip-out rack design. The TOR-2-20SP mounts surface-flush to a wall or inside a credenza or console, with the rack tray pivoting out on a heavy-duty hinge mechanism. At 2 spaces deep and 20 inches in depth, the unit houses compact AV components such as media players, small amplifiers, control processors, or network switches. The surface-mount design eliminates the need for a recessed wall box, simplifying retrofit installations. All cabling remains connected as the tray tips out, allowing technicians to access rear ports and connections quickly.
