The Middle Atlantic TFP3 is a 3-rack-space textured fan panel constructed from 16-gauge flanged aluminum with a black textured powder coat finish. The panel mounts three standard 4-1/2-inch fans for active rack cooling. This panel provides forced-air thermal management for rack enclosures containing heat-generating equipment and is sized at 5-1/4 inches (3 rack spaces) in height.
Product Description
The TFP3 textured fan panel from Middle Atlantic Products is a 3-rack-space active cooling panel designed to mount three 4-1/2-inch fans. The TFP (Textured Fan Panel) series uses 16-gauge flanged aluminum construction with a black textured powder coat finish, providing a slightly different surface appearance compared to the smooth powder coat of the FP series fan panels. The three-fan configuration distributes airflow across the full panel width for even heat extraction from the rack. This panel occupies 3 rack spaces (5-1/4 inches) and is compatible with all standard 4-1/2-inch rack cooling fans. Middle Atlantic offers the FP series in anodized aluminum and the TFP series in textured powder coat for aesthetic flexibility. Fans are not included and must be purchased separately. TFP fan panels can serve either as a primary cooling solution for the entire rack or as supplemental cooling targeted at a specific heat zone within the enclosure.
