The Middle Atlantic SL-1 is a 1-space plexiglass security cover that protects a single rack unit of equipment from tampering while maintaining a clear view of the equipment front panel through its permanent plexiglass window. The 1-inch deep cover is compatible with Guardian Series HSK security rack screws for enhanced tamper deterrence.
Product Description
The SL-1 is the 1-space version of Middle Atlantic's SL series plexiglass security cover line. The permanent clear plexiglass window provides an unobstructed view of the equipment front panel, which is especially important when the covered device has a display, indicator LEDs, or status readouts that need to be monitored without removing the cover. The 1-inch deep construction provides a physical barrier against casual tampering attempts. The SL-1 is the smallest in the SL series (available in 1, 2, and 3-space versions), and can be combined with other SL series sizes to cover any combination of rack spaces with the clear window design. When installed with Guardian Series HSK security rack screws, removal requires the proprietary HSK driver bit.
