The Middle Atlantic AFACE Series is a line of black anodized, brushed-aluminum face plates designed to cover the open front panel area of RSH Series custom rackshelves. Available in heights covering 1 through 12 rack spaces, each face plate gives a custom rackmount installation a clean, finished front. Select the AFACE model that matches the rack-space height of your RSH shelf.
Product Description
RSH Series custom rackshelves let integrators rackmount components that were never designed for a 19-inch rack, and the AFACE face plate completes that installation. Each plate covers the open front panel of the RSH shelf, concealing the mounted component's chassis edges and the shelf opening for a uniform rack elevation. The black anodized, brushed-aluminum finish presents a professional appearance that blends with surrounding rackmount equipment and Middle Atlantic enclosures. Because RSH shelves are built for components of many sizes, the AFACE line is offered in models spanning 1 RU through 12 RU of rack space, so the plate height matches the shelf height exactly. The face plate is also a practical replacement part: if an existing RSH faceplate is scratched, damaged, or being repurposed for a different component, ordering the matching AFACE model restores the original finished look.
