The Middle Atlantic RSHA-JOSH-CORE1 is a 1RU custom rack shelf developed in partnership with Josh.ai to rack mount a single Josh.ai Core processor. Its precision-cut faceplate opening secures the Core, presents it cleanly at the rack face, and preserves the airflow the processor needs for reliable operation. Patented tool-free assembly and a black brushed and anodized finish make it a fast, professional addition to any home automation rack build.

Product Description

The Josh.ai Core is the processing engine of a Josh.ai voice-controlled home automation system, but it has no native rack ears — the RSHA-JOSH-CORE1 gives integrators a purpose-built mounting solution instead of a generic shelf and zip ties. The shelf features Middle Atlantic's patented face-after design: assemble the shelf without tools, mount it in the enclosure, set the Josh.ai Core in position, and then pop the faceplate on after the shelf is racked. This order of operations speeds initial installation and allows component switch-outs later without removing the shelf from the rack. The precision-cut opening provides a clean, professional look, keeps the Core secure, and enables optimal thermal management for system reliability. The patented universal mounting pattern accepts additional small components and offers anchor points for effective cable management behind the faceplate. Pop-and-twist rear Forward Stop Brackets give quick, fine adjustment of front-to-back positioning so the Core sits flush in the opening. Fully ventilated ears and bottom panel promote cooling airflow through the 1RU footprint, and the black brushed and anodized (BBA) finish coordinates with other Middle Atlantic anodized rack hardware.
