The RRF18 rackrail from Middle Atlantic Products is part of the RRF (Rough-opening Rackrail Flush) family designed for 19-1/8-inch wide rough openings, such as those found in furniture-grade AV enclosures and custom millwork installations. Unlike standard rack enclosure rails, RRF rails are designed to mount directly within a rough opening, providing standard 10-32 threaded EIA rackrail positions in spaces that are not pre-built rack enclosures. The 18RU height covers a substantial rack space count for mid-to-large furniture bays. At 1/8-inch thick steel with black e-coat finish, the rails provide the rigidity needed for loaded rack positions while maintaining a low-profile that suits furniture-embedded applications. The rail dimensions are 31.5 x 0.12 inches. Sold in pairs, the kit provides both left and right rails for one position. The package weight is 4.7 lb and the box dimensions are 4.5 x 4 x 2.1 inches.
