Product Description
Many AV installations use compact power strips that were not designed for rack mounting. The PB-XS addresses this by providing a bracket that holds an extra-small power strip in a horizontal orientation between the rackrails of a standard 19-inch rack. This approach keeps AC power distribution inside the rack while avoiding the cost of a dedicated rack-mount PDU for small power requirements. The bracket hardware mounts to the rackrails using standard rack screws, positioning the power strip securely between the rails without occupying a full rack space on the front panel. The integrated cable management tie points help organize the AC cords from the connected equipment, reducing clutter inside the rack enclosure. The black powder coat finish on the steel construction provides a consistent appearance with Middle Atlantic rack accessories.
