Product Overview

The Middle Atlantic MS-11-4 is a four-pack of half-space (0.5" H) multi shelves, each 11" deep, designed to mount small devices in the front or rear of a standard 19" rack. A dense pattern of holes and slots accepts nearly any device mounting hole pattern and doubles as anchor points for wire ties and other fastening methods. Steel construction with a black finish keeps these compact rack shelves consistent with the rest of a Middle Atlantic equipment build.

Product Description

Every integrated rack accumulates small gear: power supplies, network switches, IR repeaters, signal converters, and similar devices that have no rackmount provision of their own. The Middle Atlantic MS-11-4 multi shelf gives that equipment a dedicated, secure mounting surface instead of leaving it loose on top of other components or zip-tied to the rack frame. Each shelf occupies only a half rack space of front panel height, so it tucks into the leftover gaps of a rack elevation without displacing primary equipment. The 11" depth provides a practical platform for small-format devices while the hole-and-slot pattern lets you bolt gear directly to the shelf or secure it with wire ties through the abundant tie-down points. Because the shelves mount in either the front or rear rackrail, integrators frequently use them behind the main equipment to stage power adapters and interface boxes where they stay accessible but out of sight. Despite their low profile, these steel shelves are surprisingly strong for their size and handle the everyday weight of small AV and IT accessories.
