The MFR-RRK-16 Rear Rail Kit from Middle Atlantic Products supplies a replacement or supplemental pair of 10-32 threaded rear rack rails for MFR Series rack enclosures at 16 rack spaces in height. MFR Series enclosures are designed for medium-frame rack applications, and the rear rail positions accept equipment at the rear of the enclosure interior. Having a matching pair of properly-gauged rear rails is important for mounting deep equipment and for providing dual-point support for servers, UPS units, and other rack components that benefit from both front and rear rail attachment. The 10-32 thread pattern is the standard for professional rack mounting. The kit includes both the left and right rear rails needed to complete the rear mounting rail position in the enclosure. This part is applicable for new installations requiring a rear rail kit in an MFR enclosure and for replacement of damaged or missing rear rails in the field.
