Product Description
Ganging multiple rack enclosures side-by-side requires tightening bolts in confined spaces where fingers cannot always reach to hold a nut in place. The MAG-1/2 magnetized sockets solve this problem by holding 1/2-inch nuts or bolt heads magnetically in the socket, allowing the installer to position and start the fastener with one hand. The set includes two sockets, providing one for each side of the gang bolt simultaneously when two technicians are working together, or one to use and one as a spare. The MAG-1/2 is compatible with any standard nut or bolt head of matching size, making it a general-purpose tool for rack ganging tasks beyond just Middle Atlantic hardware.
