The HR-UMS1 Half-Rack Universal Mounting Shelf from Middle Atlantic Products is purpose-built for 10-inch wide half-rack enclosures commonly used in residential AV, in-wall installations, and compact commercial AV builds where a full 19-inch rack is not practical. The universal mounting pattern is pre-drilled to accept small devices with nearly any screw configuration, giving the integrator flexibility when the exact equipment to be mounted varies across installations. Countersunk holes are included specifically for Extron touch panels, control processors, and other Extron devices that require flat-head screw mounting. The half-rack width design ensures compatibility with Middle Atlantic and other half-rack format enclosures. This shelf is a practical solution for organizing small control, signal processing, and distribution components within a compact half-rack housing.
