The Middle Atlantic HHCM-1 is a 1-space hinged horizontal cable manager for 19-inch rack systems. The solid front panel with magnetic closure conceals patch cables from view while a hinged design provides easy access for cable dressing and maintenance. Multiple pass-through openings on the top, bottom, sides, and rear allow cables to be routed in any direction, and the cable manager maintains the required bend radius for patch cords and network cables.
Product Description
The HHCM-1 Hinged Horizontal Cable Manager from Middle Atlantic Products is a 1-rack-space unit that provides organized cable management and strain relief for patch cords and data cables in rack enclosures. The solid front face conceals cables dressed within the cable manager body, maintaining the appearance of a clean rack front panel while providing access via a hinged panel that swings open with a magnetic closure. This design is preferable to open D-ring cable managers in installations where a cleaner front panel presentation is required. The multiple pass-through openings on the top, bottom, sides, and rear of the cable manager allow cables to enter and exit in any direction needed to connect to adjacent equipment above, below, and on either side of the cable manager position. Maintaining the proper bend radius of network and patch cables is important for preserving cable performance, and the HHCM-1 is designed with adequate interior volume to support this requirement. The flat black powder coat finish provides a uniform appearance in black rack environments.
