Product Description
The HBL5 flat blank panel from Middle Atlantic Products is the 5-rack-space variant in the aluminum brushed and anodized blank panel family. Unlike standard steel blank panels with a flat black powder coat finish, the HBL5 uses 11-gauge aluminum with a black brushed and anodized finish that provides a more premium appearance in rack installations where aesthetics matter. The anodized finish matches the RSH4A custom rack shelf line and other anodized Middle Atlantic accessories, giving racks a consistent, high-quality look throughout. The flat panel construction and aluminum material also make this blank easier to machine than steel, which is useful when an integrator needs to add a custom connector knockout, label holder, or other modification to a blank panel. The HBL5 fills 5 rack spaces in a standard 19-inch rack.
