The Middle Atlantic HBL3 is a 3-space flat blank panel constructed from 11-gauge aluminum with a black brushed anodized finish. Flat-face design provides a clean, low-profile appearance for covering unused rack space. The 11-gauge aluminum is easy to machine for custom cutouts when a connector or mounting hole needs to be added.
Product Description
The HBL3 is the 3-space version in Middle Atlantic's HBL series flat aluminum blank panels. Unlike flanged blank panels that have a return edge, the HBL series features a flat face panel design that presents a minimal profile. The flat face provides a slightly different visual texture than flanged panels and is preferred in installations where a flush, uninterrupted rack front surface is desired. The 11-gauge aluminum construction is thicker than the 16-gauge aluminum used in some other blank series, providing more structural rigidity and more material for machining. Covering three rack spaces with one panel reduces the number of components to install compared to using three individual 1-space panels, speeding up final rack assembly. Compatible with any standard 10-32 threaded or cage-nut rack.
