Product Description

The GK-4G Gland Grommet Kit from Middle Atlantic Products provides four 4-inch round gland grommets for use at electrical knockout openings in rack enclosures and top panel fan openings. When racks are ganged side by side, cables must pass through the knockout openings between enclosures. Without grommets, these openings allow dust to enter, expose cables to sharp metal edges, and permit uncontrolled airflow between rack compartments. The GK-4G gland grommets address all of these concerns in one simple accessory. Each grommet fits into the 4-inch trade-size knockout opening and conforms around cables passing through it, maintaining a dust-resistant seal while keeping cable edges protected.
