Product Description
The FWD-SR28-RR forward rack rail pair replaces standard rack rails in SR28 enclosures with a tool-free-compatible rail system that dramatically reduces installation and maintenance time. The square hole pattern along the rail face accepts Middle Atlantic's Forward panel, vent, and cable management accessories via a click-in mechanism, eliminating the need to thread rack screws for every blank panel and vent installation. This is a measurable time savings on large rack builds where dozens of blank panels may need to be installed. The Universal Hole Pattern on the interior side of the rail provides dedicated cable lacing points, allowing integrators to route and tie interconnect cables along the rail without improvised tie-off solutions or adhesive cable anchors. Forward-compatible cable management accessories can also be clicked into the side lacing positions for an even more organized internal cable pathway. The FWD-SR28-RR ships as a pair and is available in three rack unit configurations: 24RU (FWD-SR28-RR24), 40RU (FWD-SR28-RR40), and 46RU (FWD-SR28-RR46), covering the full height range of SR28 enclosures.
