Product Overview
The Middle Atlantic FWD-SIDECLMP-4 is a 4-pack of small device mounting side clamps for the Forward rackrail system. These clamps install tool-free into the patented universal hole pattern found on Forward-compatible enclosures, allowing small non-rack-mount devices to be secured vertically or horizontally anywhere the pattern is present. Each pack includes four uprights and four clamps, with a ratcheting mechanism to hold devices up to 2 inches tall securely in place.
Product Description
The Middle Atlantic FWD-SIDECLMP-4 provides four sets of small device mounting clamps for use with the Middle Atlantic Forward rackrail system. The clamps snap into the patented universal hole pattern found on BGR Series enclosures and Forward-compatible panels without requiring any tools or hardware. A twist-lock action secures each upright in the hole pattern, and the clamp pushes down to grip the device with an innovative ratcheting mechanism. This eliminates the need for zip ties, double-sided tape, or small screws to secure small devices like Wi-Fi routers, network switches, control processors, and similar non-standard-rack-mount equipment. The clamps accept devices up to 2 inches tall and can be mounted in vertical or horizontal orientations. The bold blue finish makes the clamps easy to locate when servicing the rack. Excess material can be trimmed for a cleaner look. The durable nylon construction includes a soft rubber pad to protect device surfaces. Each 4-pack includes 4 uprights and 4 clamps.
