The Middle Atlantic FWD-LACE-UMV-24-27 is a Forward Universal Mounting Pattern cable management bar for use in Forward System rack enclosures with 24U to 27U heights. It drops into Lever Lock compatible rackrail brackets in seconds without tools and is punched with the patented Universal Hole Pattern that accepts Forward C-Rings and Tie Saddles for systematic cable lacing. Durable flanged steel construction supports the cable load across vertical and horizontal routing directions.
Product Description
The FWD-LACE-UMV-24-27 is part of the Forward System cable management accessory line from Middle Atlantic Products. Unlike the wire lace variants, this UMV (Universal Mounting Vertical) bar features the patented Universal Hole Pattern punched into flanged steel construction, which provides multiple attachment points for Forward C-Rings (FWD-C-RING) and Forward Tie Saddles (FWD-TSW-15). C-Rings support vertical cable routing while D-Rings and Tie Saddles address both vertical and horizontal cabling needs. Installation is performed by dropping the bar into the front-to-back slots on Lever Lock compatible rackrail brackets, requiring no tools and no additional hardware. All hardware needed for any Middle Atlantic rackrail bracket style is included, ensuring compatibility across the Forward System rack family. The bar fits racks in the 24U to 27U height range and provides mounting flexibility along multiple rackrail bracket styles. This accessory is sold as a single piece and is the UMV variant for the 24-27 rack unit size range.
