The DWR Series pivoting wall rack is now Forward and Lever Lock compatible, providing maximum mounting capacity on and off the rail along with a suite of tool-free accessories that Middle Atlantic rates as making rack installations five times faster. The DWR-24-17PD provides 24 rack units of capacity at 17 inches of usable depth, sized for switchers, control processors, network switches, and audio DSPs common in commercial AV integration. Forward rackrail comes standard, accepting Forward blank panels, vent panels, and horizontal cable management; rear rackrail is available as an option (FWD-DWR-RR series). The patented Lever Lock system adds tool-free, hardware-free mounting of internal devices and cable management in the center section, and in the backpan when paired with the LL-DWR/SR-BP accessory. Welded steel construction carries seismic certification when used with the DWRSR-ZL latch, supporting installation in jurisdictions with seismic code requirements. The Tool-Free Quick-Mount system lets one technician hang the center section on the backpan at the jobsite, cutting labor on wall rack installation. The center section swing is reversible and can be both key-locked and padlocked, and it is keyed differently from the optional front door for layered security.
