Product Overview
The Middle Atlantic DVRD-44 is a 44-space vented rear door for DRK Series racks. The door is partially vented, with slot vent patterns at the top and bottom that support passive airflow through the rear of the enclosure while keeping equipment concealed and protected. Steel construction with a black finish matches the DRK rack family, and the door can be hinged on either the right or left side to suit the installation.
Product Description
A rear door finishes a DRK Series rack build by closing off the back of the enclosure, protecting cabling and equipment connections from accidental contact while preserving a clean equipment-room appearance. The DVRD-44 takes that a step further with a partially vented design: slot vent patterns at the top and bottom of the door allow air to move through the rear of the rack, supporting convective cooling for installed electronics.
This slot-vented style suits installations where some rear airflow is desired but a fully vented door is not required. For systems with different thermal profiles, the DRK door family also includes fully vented and large-perforation options, so integrators can match door ventilation to equipment heat load.
Field flexibility is built in. The door can be hinged right or left, letting installers set the swing direction that works best for rack placement, service access, and room layout.
