The CSA series is also ideal for equipment that requires frequent swaps, as it allows gear to rest on the brackets without being screwed in, enabling fast removal and replacement. Sold in pairs, the CSA brackets are available in depths from 18 to 26 inches in standard and heavy-duty configurations.

Product Description

Heavy rack-mount equipment — particularly large power amplifiers, UPS systems, and transformer-based power conditioners — can stress rack screw threads and front panel mounting points when supported only by rack ears. The CSA chassis support brackets address this by providing a horizontal shelf surface attached to the Z-rail inside the enclosure, allowing the chassis to rest on the brackets while rack screws provide front panel retention. This is especially useful in installations where equipment is regularly removed and reinstalled, as it eliminates the repeated torque stress on rack ear threads. The brackets must be attached to Z-rail or a Z-rail adapter and are not compatible with standard L-shaped rackrail without hardware modifications. Available in depths of 18, 20, 22, 24, and 26 inches, with both standard and heavy-duty variants for each depth. Compatible racks include MRK, VRK, VMRK, and WMRK series only.
