The Middle Atlantic CLH-ELS cable ladder elevation kit raises CLH series cable ladder above the top of an equipment rack, creating clearance for cable entry and routing. Its versatile design fits all Middle Atlantic floor-standing racks as well as open-frame 2-post and 4-post racks. Highly visible height markings speed installation, and rugged steel construction supports fully loaded cable runs. Three kit widths cover ladder sizes from 5 inches to 18 inches.
Product Description
In equipment rooms and rack-based AV installations, cable ladder often needs to sit above the rack rather than directly on it, leaving room for cables to transition from overhead pathways down into the enclosure. The CLH-ELS cable ladder elevation kit provides that standoff, elevating the ladder runway above floor-standing racks and open-frame rack systems. Because the mounting design is universal, one elevation kit family serves enclosed racks, 2-post relay racks, and 4-post open frames alike, simplifying specification across mixed rack deployments. Installers benefit from highly visible height markings on the kit, which make it faster to set a consistent ladder elevation across multiple racks in a row. Steel construction gives the kit the rigidity needed to carry cable ladder loaded with bundled network, audio, video, and power cabling. The kit is offered in three widths so it can be matched to the cable ladder being installed: CLH-ELS-5/7 for ladder 5 to 7 inches wide, CLH-ELS-8/12 for ladder 8 to 12 inches wide, and CLH-ELS-13/18 for ladder 13 to 18 inches wide.
