Product Description
The -C clamp kit is an add-on accessory for Middle Atlantic RSH series custom rackshelves. When components are placed on a rackshelf without fixed mounting — common with equipment that doesn't have standard rack ears, or during transport before final installation — the -C kit's clamping bars secure the components to the shelf surface and prevent sliding or shifting. The rubber bumpers on the clamping bars make firm contact with the sides of equipment without scratching the finish, which is important when the components are not yet permanently installed. The clamp kit is also appropriate for permanent installations subject to vibration (mobile AV, tour systems) or seismic risk where additional security beyond resting on the shelf is needed. At 17.38 inches wide and 0.94 inches deep, the clamp bar is sized for RSH series shelf widths.
