The Middle Atlantic BRK8 is an 8-space, 18-inch deep laminate rack enclosure from the RK/BRK series, constructed from 5/8-inch furniture-grade MDF with a black woodgrain laminate finish. It features pre-installed 11-gauge steel rackrails with 10-32 tapped holes and EIA-standard spacing, and is rated to hold up to 200 lb of equipment. The rack ships knocked down for cost-effective delivery and assembles with an included hex key and hardware.

The BRK8 is designed for installations where both functionality and aesthetics matter, such as conference rooms, corporate lobbies, hospitality venues, and residential AV equipment closets. The 5/8-inch furniture-grade MDF substrate paired with a high-quality black woodgrain laminate finish delivers a professional appearance suitable for customer-facing or architect-specified environments. Pre-installed 11-gauge steel front rackrails with 10-32 tapped holes accommodate standard rack-mount equipment without modification. Black plastic screwcaps snap into place to conceal assembly hardware for a clean finished look. The knocked-down shipping configuration reduces freight costs significantly compared to pre-assembled enclosures of similar size. Assembly is straightforward using only the included hex key. With a capacity of 8RU and an 18-inch depth, the BRK8 accommodates a range of AV receivers, network switches, amplifiers, and other standard-depth equipment. Optional accessories including casters, rear rackrails, glass doors, and shelf mounts are available to extend the rack's functionality to meet project-specific requirements. The base BRK8 SKU is priced separately from the BRK8-22 variant.
