Product Overview
The Middle Atlantic BL4 is a 4-space flanged aluminum blank panel with a black brushed and anodized finish. The 16-gauge aluminum construction allows easy machining or modification when custom cutouts are needed. The anodized finish complements RSH4A custom rackshelves and other anodized accessories for a uniform rack appearance.
Product Description
The BL4 is the 4-space version of Middle Atlantic's BL series anodized aluminum blank panels. Aluminum blank panels fill unused rack spaces to prevent air bypass in climate-controlled equipment rooms, and provide a machinable panel for creating custom connector cutouts. The 16-gauge aluminum is straightforward to drill, punch, or cut with standard metalworking tools while remaining rigid under rack conditions. The black brushed anodized finish provides a non-reflective surface that is more durable than standard painted steel panels and resists chipping at machined edges. Pairs with RSH4A anodized rackshelves and other BL series panels for a consistent finish across the rack face.
