Product Overview
The Middle Atlantic BGR-TRR9 is a 9-space top rail reducer for BGR series rack enclosures. It reduces the 21-inch-wide top opening of a BGR rack to a standard 19-inch width, allowing any standard 19-inch rack-mount panel to be installed in the BGR's top opening without requiring custom-sized panels. Sturdy steel construction.
Product Description
BGR series enclosures have a 21-inch-wide interior that provides additional depth for cable management. However, standard 19-inch rack-mount panels are 1.75 inches narrower than the BGR's top opening. The BGR-TRR9 bridges this dimension difference for the top section of the enclosure, providing a rail reduction insert that spans 9 rack spaces and presents a standard 19-inch mounting width. With this reducer installed, any standard 19-inch panel, shelf, or accessory can be installed in the BGR's top section without requiring special BGR-specific sizing. This is commonly needed when mixing standard aftermarket panels with the BGR enclosure or when using standard rack accessories that are not available in BGR-width configurations.
