Product Description
AXS Series racks place equipment in tight cabinetry and millwork where heat can build quickly, and the AXS-FAN-119 provides the active cooling those installations need on 220-240V mains. Its slim profile is purpose-built to fit within the AXS rack frame without intruding on equipment space. The fan uses a smooth, long-life ball-bearing design for extra-quiet operation — rated at just 30 dBA at 1 meter — so it will not draw attention in living rooms, conference rooms, or other occupied spaces. Operating at 230V nominal, the 4-1/2 in. fan delivers 1.6 m³/min (about 57 CFM) of airflow to carry heat away from amplifiers, network gear, and source components. Built-in overtemp and fan failure notification via contact closure lets a control or monitoring system flag cooling problems before equipment is damaged. The kit ships with assembly hardware and a power cord, and the unit is CE compliant for international deployments. Note that fan guards are not included.
