Product Description
The AVIP-FK2 from Middle Atlantic Products is a 2-rack-space vertical mounting panel designed to accept device connector plates from three major device plate systems: Wiremold AVIP, Extron MAAP, and FSR IPS. These systems use small connector plates in single, dual, and triple formats that snap or screw into a parent panel, allowing integrators to customize the connector layout without cutting custom hole patterns. The AVIP-FK2 provides the 19-inch rack-format parent panel for these plates in a 2-space height, fitting up to 21 single plates, 7 dual plates, or 7 triple plates depending on the selected plate format. Integrated strain relief and cable management features specific to device plate installations help keep the connector wiring organized at the rear of the panel. This panel simplifies rack face connector management for presentations, collaboration spaces, and any installation that requires a clean, organized multi-connector rack panel.
