At the front of the room, the Avocor AVL-1050-D 105" 5K 21:9 ultra-narrow-bezel display gives the Front Row experience the horizontal canvas it was designed for: remote participants appear life-size across the bottom of the screen while shared content, chat, and meeting controls occupy the space above. The Poly Studio E70 auto-framing camera uses dual 20MP 4K sensors and an AI camera array to keep in-room participants framed as they move, with a motorized privacy shutter and Poly Lens management for IT oversight.

Audio is handled the way commercial AV integrators specify it: a Shure MXA920 ceiling array microphone captures voices across the table without gooseneck mics or cable clutter, and four SoundTube 8" Dante-enabled in-ceiling IP speakers distribute far-end audio evenly through the room. A Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub, Microsoft Teams Rooms certified with one-touch join, runs the room, and an ultrawide micro-adjustable wall mount (KITXWXSM1U) holds the display.
