Product Description
The P3-275 accepts DCI 4K (4096 x 2160) video input over both HDMI 2.0 and NDI at frame rates up to 75fps, making it a flexible video-to-DMX processor for content-driven lighting design. Internally, the system processes at 16 bits per color (48 bits per pixel) with a fixed system latency of two frames and no latency variance between the first and last fixture, which keeps large rigs visually synchronized. Designers can map a mix of Martin fixtures onto a single visual canvas, then patch, address, and configure those fixtures centrally rather than walking the rig to set each unit locally.
The controller integrates into existing AV and lighting workflows by importing and exporting industry-standard MVR files, so mapping and patch data can be shared with third-party consoles, CAD programs, and visualizers. It also outputs the P3 Visualizer Protocol for real-time 3D pre-visualization, allowing programming to proceed without connecting physical fixtures. Housed in a 2U rackmount steel and aluminum chassis, the P3-275 provides two etherCON ports for P3 data output and a dedicated etherCON port for the Art-Net/sACN network, supporting cable runs up to 100 m between devices and remote monitoring of every connected fixture. For installations that exceed a single unit's capacity, processing and fixture limits are expandable by adding additional P3-275 controllers.
