Product Overview
The Magewell Pro Convert for NDI to AIO is a standalone IP video decoder that converts NDI, SRT, RTSP, RTMP, HLS, and MPEG-TS streams into simultaneous HDMI and SDI baseband outputs for integration with conventional AV distribution equipment. Designed for commercial AV integrators and IT/facilities managers working in IP-based media networks, the AIO (All-In-One) output model eliminates the need for separate HDMI-only or SDI-only decoder units by delivering both signals from a single compact device. It supports NDI High Bandwidth, NDI HX, NDI HX2, and NDI HX3 decoding up to NDI SDK version 6.3, making it forward-compatible with current NDI infrastructure. The device is suited to boardrooms, conference rooms, government spaces, and broadcast studios where IP video sources must be presented on HDMI displays or routed into SDI-based production systems.
Product Description

The Pro Convert for NDI to AIO (SKU: 642100000) connects to a standard GigE network port and decodes NDI streams — including NDI High Bandwidth, NDI HX, HX2, and HX3 — as well as SRT, RTSP, RTMP Pull/Push, HLS, HTTP, and MPEG-TS over UDP and RTP, outputting the decoded signal simultaneously to both its HDMI 1.4 port and SD/HD/3G-SDI BNC connector. Maximum output is 1920x1080p60 on both interfaces, with full support for 48kHz 8-channel audio. The SDI output supports SD (ST 259), HD (ST 292), 3Ga/3Gb/3Gb-DL/3Gb-DS (ST 425) standards and can drive a signal up to 130 meters (427 feet).
Configuration and monitoring are handled through a browser-based Web GUI accessible over HTTP, supporting IE, Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Opera. The device also provides HTTP APIs for custom control system integration, with published Crestron and Q-SYS plugins available for AV control environments. IEEE 802.3af PoE support on the Ethernet port allows deployment without a local power supply in PoE-capable installations. An on-board rotary DIP switch (0–F) and MENU/SELECT buttons provide local control without network access. The device can also be registered with Magewell Control Hub for centralized fleet management across multi-room or campus-wide deployments. NDI device discovery across network segments is supported natively, and the compact form factor (100.9mm x 60.2mm x 23.3mm) includes a ¼-20 threaded mounting hole and an included L-bracket for flexible physical installation.
