How does the Logitech Essential for Flex Desks 2-Year Plan work?
Each license is purchased per flex desk and assigned to that desk in the Logitech Portal. Employees book desks in the Logi Tune app, with or without a Logi Dock Flex on the desk. With Essential assigned, the desk can be added to floor plan maps built in Sync, and those maps appear in Logi Tune and on Logitech Tap Scheduler panels such as the Logitech Tap Scheduler 2. IT gets provisioning, monitoring, update control, real-time alerts with ServiceNow integration, the Sync Cloud API, and Sync Remote UI Access for desks with a Logi Dock Flex. This plan runs for a 24-month term that covers two budget cycles with one purchase. Paying for two years up front costs less per year than buying the 1-year Essential for Flex Desks plan two times, and it removes one renewal purchase order per desk.
