Product Overview
The Listen Technologies LA-89 is a interconnection coaxial cable that links ListenIR transmitters and radiators, including the LT-84T combo unit. Infrared systems distribute the signal from transmitter to one or more radiators, and that link is coaxial. The cable is a consumable on any multi-radiator install. It is a stock item on any Listen infrared installation.
Product Description
A ListenIR system places radiators where line of sight demands, which is rarely where the transmitter sits. The interconnection between them is coaxial, and on a multi-radiator room there are several.
Keeping the correct interconnection cable on the van avoids improvising with generic coax that may not match the impedance the system expects.
Plan radiator quantity against room geometry rather than floor area, since infrared requires line of sight and any shadowed seating position needs its own coverage.
