A gooseneck can be positioned precisely at the talker and stays where it is put, which makes it the reliable choice at a fixed service position where staff rotate and nobody adjusts settings.
Product Description
Microphone choice at a counter loop is a trade between discretion and consistency. A boundary microphone disappears into the surface; a gooseneck is visible but places the capsule exactly where it needs to be.
For a position staffed by different people across a week, that consistency matters. The gooseneck holds its position regardless of who is on shift, and its visibility also signals to the customer where to speak.
Pair with a CLD1 counter loop driver supplied with a desktop microphone, or order separately for a driver-only configuration.
