The OPTJ Power Tray NTD shares the same 1RU form factor and power architecture as the NTQ variant but uses four Neutrik OpticalCON Duo connectors, each carrying two fiber signals from two extenders. Since each Duo connector handles two extenders and four connectors are present, the maximum installed extender count is 8. The tray's DC power supply board has 16 output ports but only 8 are active in the NTD configuration, providing 5V/500mA to each occupied slot.
When fully populated with 8 HDMI20-OPTJ-TX90 or RX90 units and connected to a compatible Lightware matrix switcher via the HDMI tail cables, the NTD forms part of a complete HDMI 2.0 optical matrix system operating at up to 4K UHD@60Hz 4:4:4.
