Product Description
The HDMI-OPTN-TX100A accepts an HDMI 2.0 input and converts it for transmission over a fiber optic link via the SFP+ interface. The SFP+ cage accommodates both single-mode and multimode modules, giving the integrator flexibility without committing to a fixed fiber type at the time of hardware purchase. Supported distances range from typical multimode campus runs to 10 km single-mode links for inter-building or large-site distribution.
Using the SDVoE protocol, a single TX100A can feed multiple RX100A receivers through a managed network switch, supporting flexible point-to-multipoint and multipoint matrix configurations in software rather than hardware. The unit supports 4K UHD at 60Hz with RGB 4:4:4, HDR, and Low Latency Dolby Vision. It is HDCP 2.3 compliant for protected content sources.
