The LS12T uses a 12-inch polypropylene cone woofer with a Santoprene rubber surround and a Laminar Flow Port enclosure design to extend low-frequency output down to 22Hz–100Hz (±3dB) with a 91dB sensitivity (2.83V/1m). Power handling is rated at 50W minimum and 375W maximum RMS, and the subwoofer uses a Sonance Laminated Core Transformer with adjustable 70V/100V taps at 300W, 150W, and 75W (plus a 38W 70V tap) for integration into distributed-audio amplifier zones. Its low-density polyethylene enclosure is IP66 rated and built to MIL-STD-810 humidity specifications, and the color-molded composite housing is designed for vertical burial so the subwoofer disappears into the landscape once installed. The LS12T mounts via a 1/2-inch NPS satellite speaker thread and is part of the Sonance Landscape Series carried by Creation Networks, designed to pair with LS4T or LS6T satellites for a complete outdoor system.
