The Kramer VM-3HDT is a 1:3+1 4K60 4:2:0 HDMI to Long-Reach HDBaseT distribution amplifier that distributes a single HDMI input to three Long-Reach HDBaseT outputs plus one additional HDMI loop output. Designed for conference rooms and commercial AV systems, it allows one HDMI source to feed three remote displays over Cat cabling while simultaneously providing a local HDMI output for a display at the equipment rack or nearby location.
Product Description
The 1:3+1 configuration is well suited to installations with three remote display locations plus one local display — such as a conference room with a main display connected locally and three overflow or adjacent room displays connected over Cat cable runs. The Long-Reach HDBaseT outputs extend signal up to 70m or more per run, enabling display placement throughout a facility from a single rack-mount distribution unit. PoC on the HDBaseT outputs can power compatible Kramer receivers at the remote end, simplifying installation by eliminating power supply requirements at each display location. The HDMI loop output can also be used for monitoring or local recording.
