Product Overview
The Kramer VM-2DT is a 1:2 long-reach HDBaseT distribution amplifier that accepts one HDBaseT input signal and distributes it to two identical HDBaseT outputs, enabling HDBaseT signal splitting for installations where one HDBaseT transmitter needs to feed two remote displays simultaneously. AV integrators use the VM-2DT when an existing HDBaseT transmitter — such as a wall plate or switcher transmitter — must feed a second display without running a second cable from the source. It distributes 4K@60Hz (4:2:0) video at up to 130m per output over standard Cat6/7 cable and supports the full HDBaseT signal bundle including Ethernet, RS-232, and IR pass-through on both outputs.
